HOW DO I ORDER?
For simplicity all orders are all done through the website. If you experience any issues don't hesitate to message through our Facebook page or message through the website.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
The warranty is one year from the delivery date. This protects against breakage due to a natural fault in the material.
For the warranty to be valid customers must look after their bow correctly and shoot correctly matched arrows from it at all times. And remember it's your bow suited to your technique. Don't let other people shoot your bow.
Light arrows are a particular issue for warbows. Do seek advice before you order arrows from other suppliers who are not specialists in dealing with fast warbows. Generally for practice arrows should be over 65 grams and of a high enough spine to resist the extreme acceleration of a bowstring. Do not confuse general shooting arrows for military and flight arrows. Typical arrows used in warfare were are much lighter than arrows you should generally practice with.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Customers are asked to make payment through the website directly. In the event of a product not being listed, quotes can be sent allowing card payments.
CAN YOU GIVE ME BOW-MAKING ADVICE?
Although I would love to help others in their own projects it's simply too difficult to give good advice via email. Customers interested in making their own bows should check forums for advice and guidance.
DO YOU DO BOW-MAKING WORKSHOPS?
One-on-one workshops are available to customers after ordering their second bow. This will be using my tools and materials and the customers can watch or contribute as much as they like to the process.
WHICH IS YOUR MOST POPULAR BOW?
By a long margin the most regular commission is for a fully authentic self Yew warbow. Many weeks of the year are spent harvesting and drying wood for future bows. And most of my time is dedicated to making this historic weapon.
