WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Please note that unless explicitly stated for a specific item, products sold on this website do not come with a warranty. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Customers are asked to make payment through the website directly. In the event of a product not being listed, quotes can be sent allowing card payments.

WHAT IF I NEED A CANCEL AN ORDER

Orders placed on the website and cancelled before the bow is made can be cancelled for 75% of the order value, the full value of postage is refunded. Deposits are non-refundable.
